Step 3: Scheduling and the Job Appointment—
- You will receive an SMS message and or email with the conformation of your date and time of your cleaning. You can use this link to get back into your Jobber customer dashboard to reschedule or cancel your appointment anytime. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so we are able to fill your cleaning appointment with another customer.
- Use the link provided by SMS message or email to get back to Jobber customer dashboard and view all of the present and past appointments, invoices, and update your profile.
Step 4: 24 Hours Prior to Cleaning— 24 Hours prior to your cleaning the system will send out and SMS message and email requesting conformation of your professional cleaning. Use the link to confirm your appointment, cancel, or reschedule.
Step 5: On Hour Prior to Cleaning Appointment— One hour prior to your cleaning appointment you will receive a SMS message and email reminding you the cleaners will be there.
Step 6: Quality Assurance— Once Babcock Cleaning Services professional cleaners have completed your work they will do final walk through and complete the quality assurance form. Verifying they have completed all the items requested by you. You will receive quality assurance form by email shortly after the job is completed.
Step 5: Invoice— Babcock Cleaning Services employees will complete the job and you will be sent an Invoice from our system with a link to pay online using a credit card or you can also give us a check made out to Babcock Cleaning Services. Once we receive your payment a receipt will be emailed to you and also stored in your profile on the customer portal
Step 6: Social Media Review Email–– Our system will now send you out SMS messages and emails asking for a fair review of our services. It is extremally important to us that we receive a honest review from you as it help us in search engines placement and also help our future customers to make an informed decision on using our services.
